Abstract:
The present invention relates to an abnormal vibration-based gas insulated combined switchgear mechanical failure diagnosis method, comprising: first, using a vibration signal of a GIS in a normal state as a reference, and after determining that the vibration signal is abnormal, entering feature extraction; decomposing and processing the abnormal vibration signal by using a wavelet packet, obtaining feature entropy of wavelet packets of frequency bands, and constructing a feature entropy vector; and constructing a data set according to the feature entropy vector, and performing failure pattern recognition by using a BP neural network. In the present invention, by using the advantage that the energy entropy of the wavelet packet has multiple resolutions, the advantage of time-frequency localization depiction is obvious, and the method is very suitable for processing stationary and non-stationary vibration signals. Meanwhile, by simultaneously coordinating the vibration signals under the action of four types of excitation forces of a circuit breaker, an isolating switch, a grounding switch, and an electromagnetic force, data information is comprehensive, diagnostic reliability is high, and a calculation result is accurate.
