Abstract:
An abnormality-based paging method and a related apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring dormitory information of a dormitory required to be paged, and detecting the state of an audio device of the dormitory required to be paged; when the state of the audio device of the dormitory required to be paged is an abnormal state, acquiring first information, wherein the first information comprises dormitory position information, a dormitory person schedule and a class schedule; according to the first information, confirming an alternative neighboring dormitory by using a preset algorithm model; and controlling an audio device of the alternative neighboring dormitory to perform broadcasting, or notifying a person in the alternative neighboring dormitory to perform communication. By using the present application, the processing efficiency for when the audio device of the dormitory required to be paged is abnormal is greatly improved.
