Abstract:

An abnormality detecting device (100) is provided with: an acquiring unit (1001) for acquiring vehicle information which relates to the state of a vehicle (30), and which includes position information indicating the position of the vehicle (30); a model storage unit (1002) for storing, for each of a plurality of grids of a map which has been region-split into said plurality of grids, an evaluation model for evaluating the vehicle information of the vehicle (30) positioned on the grid; and a determining unit (1003) for calculating an abnormality degree, representing the degree of abnormality of the vehicle information, on the basis of the vehicle information and, among the evaluation models, the evaluation models for an evaluation grid comprising a first grid including the position of the vehicle (30) indicated by the position information, and at least one second grid having a predetermined positional relationship with the first grid, determining whether the vehicle information is abnormal on the basis of the abnormality degree, and outputting the determination result.
