Abstract:

The purpose of the invention is to specify, in an abnormality detection device, a vibration sensor that has detected abnormal vibration, and to easily specify, on the basis of the mounting position of the specified sensor, a predetermined item in machining precision that deteriorates as an operation state of a machine tool. Disclosed is an abnormality detection device (10) of a machine tool (1), comprising a plurality of vibration sensors (11-20) mounted at respective positions on a machine body side of the machine tool (1); and a determination unit (34) that determines an operation state of the machine tool on the basis of vibration detection information by the vibration sensors (11-20). In this abnormality detection device (10) of the machine tool (1), abnormality in the machine tool (1) is detected in accordance with the determination information of the determination unit (34). The determination unit (34) specifies, on the basis of the mounting position of the vibration sensor (11-20) having detected abnormal vibration, a predetermined item in machining precision that deteriorates.
