The present invention uniformly and multilaterally determine the abnormality of a radio wave emission situation.　An abnormality detection device (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a reception unit that receives a wireless radio wave; a feature amount extraction unit (3) that extracts a plurality of feature amounts in a prescribed frequency band from the received wireless radio wave; a recording unit (4) that accumulates the extracted feature amounts and the frequency band in association with each other; and a processing unit (5) that acquires a plurality of feature amounts within a prescribed range from the accumulated feature amounts, determines whether the acquired feature amounts are within a preset normal range, and generates an abnormality determination mask where a threshold value, regarding the feature amounts, for detecting the abnormality of the wireless radio wave is set on the basis of the determination result.
