Abstract:
An abnormality diagnosis device according to the present invention is provided with: a model acceleration calculation means (1) for calculating a model acceleration that is a predicted value for motor acceleration; a motor acceleration calculation means (3) that calculates motor acceleration from either position information or speed information for a motor; and an abnormality determination means (4) that diagnoses abnormality of a power transmission mechanism (7) on the basis of the result of comparing the motor acceleration and the model acceleration.
