Abstract:
The present application provides an abnormality handling method. By means of enabling a first device (for example, a terminal device) to acquire feedback information from a user, when it is determined from the feedback information that an abnormality occurs to a media event, a second device (for example, a media device) is triggered to acquire an original code stream corresponding to the media event, thereby reducing resource consumption caused by unnecessary code stream acquisition, parsing and computation.
