Abstract:
An above-ground low-temperature tank equipped with a metal inner tank (3) storing low-temperature liquefied gas, and an outer tank (4) having a concrete outer wall (4c) surrounding the inner tank (3). A hole (17) having a prescribed depth from the bottom surface of the inner tank (3) is formed in the bottom of the inner tank (3), and a metal pit main body (18) having a bottomed cylindrical housing part (18a) is provided with the housing part (18a) housed within the hole (17). A reinforcing body (20), which supports at least the outer peripheral part of the bottom surface (D) of the pit main body (18), is provided on the bottom surface (D) side of the pit main body (18) in the hole (17). In addition, a cold storage material (19) is provided under the reinforcing body (20).
