Abstract:
Disclosed is an abrasive belt grinding machine (100), comprising: a machine body (10) for bearing a workpiece (200); a first grinding head assembly (20), which is mounted on the machine body, wherein the grinding head assembly comprises a first abrasive belt (28), a first driving wheel (24), a first supporting plate (26) and a first grinding head driving member (22), and the first grinding head driving member cooperates with the first driving wheel to rotate the first driving wheel, thereby bringing the first abrasive belt to rotate around the first driving wheel and the first supporting plate; a second grinding head assembly (30), which is mounted on the machine body and spaced from the first grinding head assembly, wherein the second grinding head assembly comprises a second abrasive belt (38), a second driving wheel (34), a second supporting plate (36) and a second grinding head driving member (32), and the second grinding head driving member cooperates with the second driving wheel to rotate the second driving wheel, thereby bringing the second abrasive belt to rotate around the second driving wheel and the second supporting plate; and a grinding head adjustment mechanism (40) for adjusting the distance between the first and second abrasive belts and the workpiece in a first direction, and adjusting the distance between the second abrasive belt and the workpiece in a second direction. The abrasive belt grinding machine can grind a complicated curve surface into an even thickness, and ensures the machining precision while improving the working efficiency.
