Abstract:
Provided is an abrasive particle recovery system for an ultrasonic processing system in which it is possible to recover abrasive particles from a suspension to be discarded and to reuse said abrasive particles. An abrasive particle recovery system (10) for an ultrasonic processing device (50) that uses ultrasonic waves to cause microvibrations in a horn (60), supplies a dispersion, which has abrasive particles dispersed therein, between the horn (60) and a member to be processed, and processes the member to be processed, said abrasive particle recovery system (10) characterized by comprising: a storage tank (12) which stores a suspension to be supplied to the member to be treated; a suspension supply path (14) which supplies the suspension stored in the storage tank (12) to the member to be treated; a suspension recovery path (16) which recovers the suspension after the same has been supplied and supplies the recovered solution to the storage tank (12); a withdrawal path (18) which withdraws some of the suspension stored in the storage tank (12); and an abrasive particle recovery part (20) which performs solid-liquid separation on the suspension withdrawn through the withdrawal path (18), and recovers the abrasive particles.
