Abstract:
The compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof has the inhibitory effect of ABA 8'-hydroxylase CYP707A. This compound or a salt thereof can be used as a plant growth regulator. In formula (1), R is a C1-C6 alkyl group, and the C1-C6 alkyl group may have a substituent selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom and C1-C6 alkoxy groups.
