An absolute electrical angle measurement method, comprising: acquiring an angle sine signal corresponding to a first direction magnetic component and an angle cosine signal corresponding to a second direction magnetic component (S100); calculating a scaled compensation sine signal and a scaled compensation cosine signal according to the angle sine signal, the angle cosine signal and a scaled compensation formula (S200); determining an angle interval corresponding to the scaled compensation sine signal and the scaled compensation cosine signal, and calculating a relative electrical angle value of tested magnetic steel according to a preset trigonometric function corresponding to the angle interval (S300); acquiring a Hall signal detected by a Hall sensor, and determining the polarity position of a magnetic encoder according to the Hall signal (S400); and calculating an absolute electrical angle according to the relative electrical angle value and the polarity position (S500). Further disclosed are an absolute electrical angle measurement system and a computer-readable storage medium.
