Abstract:
An absorbent article (1) wherein a compressed part (80), in which a surface sheet (10) and an absorbent body (30) are compressed in the thickness direction, is formed. The compressed part (80) comprises a pair of first longitudinal compressed parts (81) that is disposed on the both outsides of a central area (CA) in the width direction (W), and a pair of second longitudinal compressed parts (82) that is deposed on the both outsides of the first longitudinal compressed parts (81) in the width direction (W). In the second longitudinal compressed parts (82), a plural number of second curved parts (86) in a convex shape toward the outside in the width direction (W) are formed continuously along the longitudinal direction (L). An end in the longitudinal direction (L) of the second curved parts (86) is formed on a center line (CACL) that passes the center in the longitudinal direction (L) of the central area (CA) and runs along the width direction (W). The end (86L) in the longitudinal direction (L) of each second curved part (86) is disposed on the inside, in the width direction (W), of the outer end of the second curved part (86) in the width direction (W).
