Abstract:
In the present invention, a standing section (51) of a leakproof cuff (5) is configured to include an inward extension section (52) that extends inward in a lateral direction (Y) from a base end (50) and that is stretchable in a longitudinal direction (X). A standing inhibition part (55) at which the inward extension section (52) is fixed to a surface sheet (2) is formed each in a front section (F) and a rear section (R). When worn, the standing section (51), which is positioned between the standing inhibition parts (55, 55) at both ends in the longitudinal direction (X) of the leakproof cuff (5), stands up with an end (52a), which is a free end, of the inward extension section (52) being oriented toward the skin side of a wearer, and in this standing state, the free end is positioned more inward in the lateral direction (Y) than the base end (50). An absorbent body (4) has a rear slit region (RS) in the rear section (R), and the standing inhibition part (55) in the rear section (R) is positioned more toward the rear in the longitudinal direction than the longitudinal direction rear end of said region (RS).
