Abstract:
Provided is an absorbent sheet for microwave ovens, which is provided with heat resistance, required flexibility and absorbency, while being suppressed in shrinkage during the production. This absorbent sheet (10) for microwave ovens is formed by blending thermally fusible composite fibers, which are configured from two polyester resins having different melting points, with polyester fibers and/or cellulose fibers. The difference between the melting points of the two polyester resins of the composite fibers is 35-55 degrees; and this absorbent sheet has a density of 0.035-0.1 g/cm3.
