Abstract:
Provided is an absorption promoter that can improve the absorption efficiency of a drug and has excellent stability. An absorption promoter that comprises an oxa acid that has a structure represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R1 is a saturated or unsaturated C1–40 straight-chain or branched hydrocarbon group in which one portion of the carbon atoms may be substituted with oxygen atoms, nitrogen atoms, or sulfur atoms, m is a real number from 0 to 50, n is an integer from 1 to 5, and -C(=O)-X is a chemically reactive functional group.
