Abstract:
This absorptive article for pets can prevent the side leakage of urine. The absorptive article (10) for pets comprises a liquid-permeable inner layer sheet (22), a liquid-impermeable outer layer sheet (23), and an absorptive core (51) interposed between these. The absorptive core is positioned only to the side of the ventral region (11) with respect to a cut line (55), which is positioned in an intermediate region (13) and which is for insertion of the pet's tail. In the body-facing surface of the inner layer sheet, the region which at least in planar view overlaps with the absorptive core comprises a convexo-concave portion (60) formed from ridges (61) and grooves (62) that alternate in the transverse direction (X) and extend in the longitudinal direction (Y).
