Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent temperature-induced degradation during charging of a secondary battery. The present invention performs control such that a current is evenly applied to each phase in two groups of three-phase coils constituting an AC rotating machine body, and thus, even when the AC rotating machine body is in a stopped state, a large current can be applied in a short amount of time to cause the temperature of the secondary battery to rise.
