Abstract:
The invention relates to an accelerated electrified aging test apparatus for an electronic device. The accelerated electrified aging test apparatus comprises a box body, a test cabin and a humidification apparatus. Access terminals are arranged on the surface of the box body. A separation box and a first heating apparatus are arranged in the test cabin. The separation box covers an electronic device being tested and communicates with the test cabin. Adapter terminals that are respectively electrically connected to the device being tested and the access terminal are arranged on the rear wall of the test cabin. The humidification apparatus comprises a humidification barrel, a second heating apparatus, a temperature and humidity sensor, an air inlet pipe and a water return pipe. The water return pipe is connected to the bottom of the test cabin. The temperature and humidity sensor comprises a dry bulb sensor arranged on the rear wall of the test cabin in a penetrating mode and extending into the test cabin, and a wet bulb sensor arranged in the humidification barrel close to the air inlet pipe. By means of the present invention, condensed water is prevented from dripping onto the device, and short circuiting is prevented, so that hidden risks of boiling water in the cabin are avoided, and the cost is reduced; meanwhile, aging and bias voltage testing can be carried out, and the efficiency and comprehensiveness are improved.
