Title:
ACCELERATION SENSOR AND ACTIVE ANTI-VIBRATION APPARATUS USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/146533
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the production of clock laser light that is for an atomic clock and has a narrow spectral line width, to suppress fluctuation in the resonant wavelength of an optical resonator resulting from the effect of external vibration, another optical resonator of the same type is used to configure an acceleration sensor, apply negative feedback, and cancel the effect of the external vibration. The present invention is provided with a compound optical resonator provided with a plurality of optical resonators and an acceleration derivation means for deriving applied acceleration by comparing two resonant frequencies of different optical resonators. The compound resonator is a compound optical resonator provided with cavities for at least three optical resonators having a common spacer material. The cavities are parallel to each other, and one cavity is provided in the center. The compound optical resonator is driven by a driving system so as to move over a prescribed surface. In this driving, a voltage or current corresponding to the derived acceleration is made to serve as negative feedback for the abovementioned effect. Further, making the spacer material from a prescribed single crystal makes it possible to exclude aging-induced variation.
