Abstract:

An accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) device for simultaneously measuring isotopes comprises a sputtering anion source (1) for generating anions. The sputtering anion source (1) is connected to an accelerating tube (7) for simultaneously accelerating a plurality of isotope ions. An output end of the accelerating tube (7) is connected to an isotope quality resolving system (8). The isotope quality resolving system (8) is connected to a charge conversion analysis and multi-receiving measurement system. The charge conversion analysis and multi-receiving measurement system is connected to an ion detection system (13). The accelerator mass spectrometry device can simultaneously accelerate a plurality of isotope anions, and stable isotope anions in the plurality of accelerated isotope anions are measured by a stable isotope receiver (9), and the unstable isotope anions are measured by a detector (13) after being converted into ions. Further, measurement signals are simultaneously transmitted, after time matching, to a nuclear electronics and data acquisition unit for data calculation.
