Abstract:
[Problem] To reliably allow braking control, allowing control only by stepping on an accelerator pedal. [Solution] An accelerator pedal operation error resolution device (1) has a stepping force conversion pendant body (15) which depends from a pendant pin (13) of a support pillar (14) which is anchored to a brake arm (4), supporting a first rising member (10) with a fluctuation fulcrum pin (6) and a second rising member (17) with an acceleration fulcrum pin (16). The stepping force conversion pendant body (15) movably supports a guide member (18), one end whereof makes contact with a chassis (19). A conversion metal fitting (20) houses the pendant pin (13) in the upper part thereof, and has, in the lower protrusion part (20c), a pin (15e) and a lock metal fitting (21). The lock metal fitting (21) and a notch part (18a) of the guide member (18) are either engaged or disengaged. When the guide member (18) and the lock metal fitting (21) are engaged, the movement of the brake arm (4) is restricted, and is allowed when these are disengaged. The first rising member (10) and the second rising member (17) rotate in synchronization until the accelerator pedal (5) is stepped on.
