Abstract:
An accelerator system and method for mineral product component analysis. The accelerator system (100) comprises: an electron gun (102) used for producing electron beams; an accelerating tube (104) used for accelerating electron beams emitted by the electron gun (102) to predetermined energy; a composite target (106) used for producing radioactive rays on the composite target (106) after receiving an electron beam bombardment; a detector (112) used for receiving the electron beams and generating ray data for subsequent analysis; a conveying device (108) used for moving a sample to be tested between the front end of the composite target (106) and the detector (112); and a shielding mechanism (110) used for shielding the radioactive rays.
