A circular magnet is attached to the rotary shaft (1) of a windmill and has a plurality of magnets (4), also circular, horizontally attached to the side surface thereof, assisting rotation by the repulsive force produced between the magnets; thus, a combination of wind power and magnets forms an efficient wind power generator.
