The access-area-based operation control method comprises: continuously acquiring actual operation trajectories of an unmanned operation device operating on a target plot (S102); according to the actual operation trajectories, determining an access area of the target plot in real time (S104); and on the basis of the access area, performing continuous operations and/or re-operations on the target plot (S106).
