Disclosed are an access-controlled entrance management method and a mobile terminal (300), the method comprising: measuring a distance between a current position of a mobile terminal (300) and a position of an access-controlled entrance (S101); determining whether the distance is less than or equal to a predetermined distance (S102); if the distance is less than or equal to the predetermined distance, determining whether the mobile terminal (300) is in a safe mode (S103); if the mobile terminal (300) is in the safe mode, opening the access-controlled entrance (S104); and if the mobile terminal (300) is not in the safe mode, prompting a user to enter a password (S105). When a user needs to open an access-controlled entrance in a safe mode having a high security level, the present solution can open the entrance directly without requiring password verification, thus having advantages of easy operation and good user experience.
