Abstract:

Disclosed is an access device, comprising a main control unit, an OLT line board, a backplane, a CMTS line board and a CMTS interface board. The OLT line board is electrically connected to the main control unit through the backplane, the CMTS line board is electrically connected to the main control unit through the backplane, the CMTS interface board is electrically connected to the CMTS line board, and the CMTS interface board provides multiple interfaces for externally connecting to coaxial cables. The interconnection between a user side and a network side is realized through the OLT line board, and meanwhile, the interconnection between the user side and the network side is realized through the CMTS line board and the CMTS interface board. The access device integrates the functions of an OLT and a CMTS, thereby achieving the goal of low costs. The present invention also provides a network system.
