Abstract:
An access method, device and system for expanding a memory. The method comprises: receiving N+1 memory access requests serially transmitted by a processer system of a computer, each of the memory access requests having a different access address and directing towards the same physical address, wherein the physical address is a storage address of data to be accessed on an expansion memory, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; upon receipt of the first memory access request, transmitting a read request to the expansion memory, and returning a specific response message to the processer; during reading of the data to be accessed from the expansion memory, returning, upon receipt of each memory access request, the specific response message to the processer in a time delay specified by a memory bus protocol, until the data to be accessed is written into a data buffer; and then retuning the data to be accessed to the processer system.
