These accessories will enable the consumer to transform existing products, at a fraction of the price, so as to resemble the latest fashion, while offering the consumer the advantage to be either unique or plain, at will. 7. Accessories which may be added to more healthy footwear, yet be fashionable. 8. Accessories are space saving, as they consume a fraction of the space a pair of footwear would have occupied. 9. Accessories which provide a useful alternative to existing leather footwear. 10. A variety of decorative accessory styles to broaden the opportunity for style and function to the consumers, according to their personal desire. I I . Accessories which may be added or submitted, at will, without any permanent change made to the existing product. 12. Accessories may also be taken in a bag so as to give the consumer the opportunity to change the mood, style or fashion of existing footwear when so desired. |
FOOTWEAR
Introduction
This invention relates to decorative accessories for fashions including, without limitation, such as leather footwear and handbags suitable for, although not limited to, adding additional trimmings and or a variety of decorations to existing items of fashion, in order to enhance its appearance, personalise it's character and/or transform it's style.
Background to the invention
It will be appreciated that footwear has been regarded as a necessary form of dressing for centuries. Generally, such footwear has been designed for protection, comfort and style.
Footwear are generally manufactured according to necessity.
However, footwear are mostly designed according to fashion. The style is chosen by the manufacturer and the consumers would select from existing ranges to suit their requirements. It will be appreciated that the end user never had any opportunity to change, personalise or enhance chosen leather footwear and/or handbags. Different footwear for different necessities are available in the market. These include, for example, male and female fashion footwear, which would change from season to season and from year to year. Due to fashion, the consumer is often forced to buy new, expensive footwear.
Although the consumers have the choice to select from a range of leather footwear, they seldom manage to find a pair exactly according to their personal preference and thus often have to accept the designer's style as a final choice.
Furthermore, known footwear generally all suffer from one or more disadvantage. Some of the prior art footwear are relatively complicated in their design and hence are relatively expensive. Furthermore footwear often change in fashion and style and by doing so, force the consumer to buy the latest design. These fashionable designs are often uncomfortable and even unhealthy for some consumers. Yet a further disadvantage of some designer leather footwear is that those, which are normally manufactured with health in mind, are often unattractive and often plain.
It should also be appreciated that footwear, especially boots, and handbags take up a lot of storage space. Accessories offer you unlimited variety, whilst it hardly take up any storage space.
Object of the invention
It is accordingly an object of the present invention to provide a choice of decorative accessories to enhance footwear, or at least to provide a useful alternative to existing leather footwear and/or handbags.
Summary of the invention
For the purpose of the specification, handbags will be interpreted to include all handbags of fashion, "footwear" will be interpreted to include all types of leather shoes, boots, slippers, sandals and the like, and "decorative accessories" refers to any kind of enhancement or decoration, such as fur, leather, skin, belts, buckles, knots, bows, plastic, laces, scarves, sachets, chains, ornaments, strings, ropes, material, beads, bells, ivory, bone, jewellery, glass, crystal, precious gemstones (such as diamonds and the like), semi precious gemstones, precious and base metals and the like, although not limited to.
The decorative accessories may be dimensioned so as to enhance the footwear or handbags according to the user's imagination. Particularly, the decorative accessories may include at least one design for the left or the right side. The arrangement being such that the decorative accessory may be added to existing leather footwear or handbags so as to achieve a specific character or design according to the mood of the consumer.
According to the invention there is provided a decorative accessory for enhancing existing leather footwear and handbags; A decorative accessory suitable for applying on existing leather footwear and handbags by the consumer when so desired;
A variety of decorative accessory styles to choose from so as to broaden the opportunity for style and function to the consumers, according to their personal desire.
Decorative accessories may be applied to articles of fashion, leather footwear, handbags, or the like, such as fur, leather, skin, belts, buckles, knots, bows, plastic, laces, scarves, sachets, chains, ornaments, strings, ropes, material, beads, bells, ivory, bone, jewellery, glass, crystal, precious gemstones, such as diamonds and the like, seem precious gemstones, precious and base metals and the like, although not limited to, so as to offer the user freedom of choice.
The decorative accessories may be added to the leather footwear or handbags without any permanent change made to the existing fashion. This will enable the consumer to add or submit the decorative accessory /ies at will.
It is to be understood, however, that there is no intention to limit the invention to the decorative accessories described in this Summary of the invention or in the Specific embodiment of the invention. One skilled in the art can recognise that there are numerous modifications, equivalents, and alternative constructions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention as expressed in the claims.
