Abstract:
An accessory that can be attached to and detached from an imaging device, wherein the accessory is characterized by comprising: a second mount part comprising a plurality of second bayonet tab parts that can engage with a plurality of first bayonet tab parts; a plurality of second terminal parts that can contact a plurality of first terminal parts; an accessory body; and a mount securing member for securing the second mount part to the accessory body, the plurality of second terminal parts being provided in positions differing from the positions of the plurality of second bayonet tab parts, and all of the plurality of second terminal parts, among the plurality of second terminal parts, that are used for communication between the imaging device and the accessory being provided in prescribed positions.
