Abstract:
An accessory for a printing line provided with a surface (31) for feeding a paper web (32) for producing a unique pattern on said paper web by sprinkling marking particles, comprising adjustable means for sprinkling a desired amount of particles on an adhesive portion (4) of the paper web, means for stabilizing (11, 24) said marking particles sprinkled on said adhesive portion (4), and corresponding method comprising the steps of sprinkling on said adhesive portion an amount of marking particles, sucking in from said paper web a residual amount of particles not withheld by the adhesive portion, and stabilizing the marking particles withheld by the adhesive portion.
