Disclosed are an accessory (1) for washing a shoe capable of washing the inside of a shoe (S) and a shoe washing means (10) which comprises the accessory (1) for washing a shoe and can effectively wash the interior and exterior of the shoe (S). The accessory (1) for washing a shoe comprises: a main part (2), which is inserted into an interior part (SN) of the shoe (S) from a shoe hole (SH) of the shoe (S); a brush part (3) which is arranged at an outer surface of the main part (2); and an oppositely arranged part (4) which is arranged opposite the shoe sole (SZ) at an opposite side to the shoe hole (SH) side. The main part (2) can move from the inner part (SN) of the shoe (S) to a position between a toe (ST) and a heel (SK). The shoe washing means (10) comprises: a receiving chamber (13A) accommodating the shoe (S) mounted with the accessory (1) for washing a shoe; a rotary plate (14), which can be driven to rotate in the state where the shoe (S) is placed in the receiving chamber (13A); a rotating brush (21) arranged on a upper surface (14A) of the rotary plate (14); and a contact part (19) arranged at an inner wall (13C) of the receiving chamber (13A). The contact part (19) contacts the shoe (S) on the rotary plate (14) along a rotary direction, i.e. a circumferential direction (Q), of the rotary plate (14).
