Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an accumulator heat exchanger. The accumulator heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: an accumulator housing; a metal heat exchanger having a cylindrical body mounted in the accumulator housing wherein the upper end portion and lower end portion of the cylindrical body are open, a heat transfer member formed in the shape of a honeycomb and having polygonal cross-sectional surfaces which are formed to be connected to each other in the body and to be open in the vertical direction, and a plurality of tube insertion holes penetrating the heat transfer member in the vertical direction and into which a plurality of tubes, through which a refrigerant flows, is inserted such that the outer surfaces thereof come in contact with the tube insertion holes; a high-pressure side refrigerant tube inserted and coupled in the shape of a "U" to the tube insertion hole of the heat exchanger and through which a high-pressure refrigerant that is supplied from the condenser of a cooling cycle flows; a low-pressure side refrigerant tube inserted via the lower portion of the accumulator housing so as to penetrate the tube insertion hole of the heat exchanger, having an upper end portion that is open such that a low-pressure refrigerant that is supplied from the evaporator of the cooling cycle is discharged to the inside of the accumulator housing; and a cooling gas discharge tube having an upper end portion that is open at the upper side of the heat exchanger, and inserted into the tube insertion hole of the heat exchanger so as to guide the refrigerant gas in the accumulator housing to a compressor.
