Title:
ACCUMULATOR INTEGRATED WITH INTERNAL HEAT EXCHANGER, AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE IN WHICH SAME IS USED
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/208783
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an accumulator integrated with an internal heat exchanger with which it is possible to improve the heat exchange efficiency between a low-temperature refrigerant and a heat exchange pipe; and a refrigerant cycle in which the accumulator is used. [Solution] The interior of a hollow main body 10 extending vertically is partitioned by a partition wall 20 into one side and the other side in the width direction of the main body 10, whereby an accumulator chamber 30 and an internal heat exchange chamber 50 are formed. A heat exchange pipe 60 is provided in the internal heat exchange chamber 50 so as to extend vertically. A low-temperature refrigerant is channeled from the upper end side to the lower end side in the internal heat exchange chamber 50. As a result, the channeling distance of the low-temperature refrigerant in the internal heat exchange chamber 50 is extended, and the low-temperature refrigerant and the heat exchange pipe 60 can be made to sufficiently exchange heat. The heat exchange pipe 60 is formed by a first bending part 63 which bends in a meandering manner in the lateral direction, and a second bending part 64, which bends in a spiral manner, making it possible to increase the heat transfer area of the heat exchange pipe 60.
