Abstract:
Provided is an accumulator that separates a coolant into a gas-phase coolant and a liquid-phase coolant. The accumulator is provided with a tank (11) that stores the separated liquid-phase coolant, and a dryer (16). The dryer includes a drying agent (161) that absorbs moisture, and a drying agent container (162) in which the drying agent is accommodated. The dryer is disposed inside the tank. The drying agent container has a permeable part (164) having permeability that allows both the gas-phase coolant and the liquid-phase coolant to pass therethrough, and an anti-friction part (163) that has a high anti-friction property compared with the permeable part. The dryer is held in a state in which: the anti-friction part makes contact with tank inner structures (14, 15, 156, 158) provided inside the tank or inner wall surfaces (121a, 122a) of the tank; and the permeable part is disposed separated from the tank inner structures and the inner wall surfaces.
