Abstract:
Although it seems useful and convenient to inspection practices to determine the variation pattern of the accuracy management result based on the operation event of a clinical laboratory and detect the abnormal variation pattern before the management range is exceeded, there is not such an accuracy management system.  In order to estimate the cause of the variation of the accuracy management result or the calibration result, specialized knowledge and experience are depended on since there is no sufficient relevant information.  Time and effort are required to organize the information by separating useful and useless information. Provided is a comprehensive accuracy management method which involves: displaying operation event information in time sequence on the same screen as the chart of the accuracy management result or the calibration result; storing a characteristic ordinary measurement value variation pattern that corresponds to the contents of the operation event; overlapping and displaying the ordinary measurement value variation pattern and the variation pattern of the latest measurement result to thereby warn of a variation different from the ordinary measurement value variation pattern; and estimating and reporting the cause of the variation.
