Abstract:
The present invention relates to an accurate predictive maintenance method of an operation unit, the method comprising: a first base information collection step (S10) of dividing energy magnitude change information over time, which is measured in a normal operation state of an operation unit, into a peak period and a constant speed period, and extracting a value having a greatest energy magnitude in the peak period as a peak value and a last energy value of the constant speed period as a constant speed value, wherein the energy magnitude change information of the operation unit over time includes a repeatedly formed operation period which includes the peak value and the constant speed value, and slope information for a constant speed value between the operation periods is collected by connecting the constant speed value of the operation period and constant speed values of repeated other operation periods; a second base information collection step (S20) of, before a failure occurs in the operation unit, collecting slope information for the constant speed value between the operation periods by connecting the constant speed value of the operation period in the operation state of the operation unit and the constant speed values of the repeated other operation periods; a configuration step (S30) of configuring an alarm slope value for the constant speed value between the operation periods on the basis of the slope information collected in the base information collection steps (S10 and S20); and a detection step (S40) of detecting a state of the operation unit as an abnormal state when an average slope value for the constant speed values between the operation periods, which are measured at unit time intervals configured in a real-time operation state of the operation unit, exceeds the alarm slope value configured in the configuration step (S30).
