Abstract:
An acetabulum side guide plate assembly for hip joint replacement and an assembly method therefor. The acetabulum side guide plate assembly for hip joint replacement comprises a fitting guide plate (100), a supporting rod (200), a surgical instrument supporting member and a positioning screw (400), wherein the fitting guide plate (100) comprises an attaching base (110), a guide rod (120) and a positioning connecting member (130), the attaching base (110) being suitable for matching the acetabular fossa of a human body in an attaching manner, and the guide rod (120) extending from the top surface of the attaching base (110) in the radial direction of the attaching base (110); the supporting rod (200) is suitable for matching the positioning connecting member (130) for location and is suitable for being separated from the positioning connecting member (130); and the positioning screw (400) is suitable for fixing the supporting rod (200) to an outer area of the acetabular fossa, the surgical instrument supporting member is suitable for matching the supporting rod (200) for fixation, and the surgical instrument supporting member is configured to be capable of matching the supporting rod (200) for fixation and is detachably connected to the supporting rod (200). The acetabulum side guide plate assembly for hip joint replacement and the assembly method therefor can ensure that an acetabulum cup prosthesis can be accurately implanted, thereby improving the surgical operation precision, and reducing the occurrence rate of postoperative complications.
