Abstract:

Acidic drinks containing low-calorie milk which have a favorable taste and a high keeping stability during storage time. These drinks contain milk, soybean dietary fiber and pectin optionally together with fruit juice and/or vegetable juice, etc., if necessary, and have a pH value of 3.0 to 4.0 and a caloric value of 20 kcal/100 ml or lower. At least 90 % of the particles suspended in these drinks have a diameter less than 0.5 $g(m)m.
