Abstract:
Provided are: an acidic gas treating agent which is capable of suppressing problems caused by an ammonia gas, while maintaining or improving the fluidity of sodium hydrogen carbonate; a method for producing the acidic gas treating agent; and an additive for acidic gas treating agents.
This additive for acidic gas treating agents is composed of an aluminosilicate salt and is used for removal of an ammonia gas that is released from sodium hydrogen carbonate. This method for producing an acidic gas treating agent comprises a step wherein a formulation is obtained by mixing and pulverizing an aluminosilicate salt and sodium hydrogen carbonate. This acidic gas treating agent contains sodium hydrogen carbonate and an aluminosilicate salt in an amount of 0.1-10% by mass relative to the sodium hydrogen carbonate.
