This mixing device for mixing acoustic signals collected by means of a plurality of microphones is provided with: a processing unit which is provided in correspondence to each set of two microphones among the plurality of microphones, the set being determined on the basis of the arranged positions of the plurality of microphones, and which is configured to process acoustic signals output from the two microphones of the corresponding set to output a first acoustic signal and a second acoustic signal; a first summing unit configured to sum and output the first acoustic signals output from the processing units corresponding to the respective sets; and a second summing unit configured to sum and output the second acoustic signals output from the processing units corresponding to the respective sets. The processing unit processes the acoustic signals output from the two microphones of the corresponding set on the basis of a scaling factor which determines the scaling rate of the acoustic field, a shift factor which determines the amount of shift of the acoustic field, and an attenuation factor which determines the amount of attenuation of the acoustic signals output from the microphones.
