Abstract:
Provided is a filter (10) provided with: a parallel arm resonator (p1) having an IDT electrode (121) that comprises a plurality of electrode fingers (121a); and a comb-tooth capacitor (C1) comprising a plurality of electrode fingers (131a), the comb-tooth capacitor (C1) being connected to the parallel arm resonator (p1), wherein the electrode finger pitch (Pc1) of the plurality of electrode fingers (131a) in the comb-tooth capacitor (C1) is smaller than the electrode finger pitch (Pp1) of the plurality of electrode fingers (121a) in the parallel arm resonator (p1), the film thickness (Tc1) of the plurality of electrode fingers (131a) in the comb-tooth capacitor (C1) is less than the film thickness (Tp1) of the plurality of electrode fingers (121a) in the parallel arm resonator (p1), and the self-resonant frequency of the comb-tooth capacitor (C1) is within a region higher than the passband of the filter (10).
