Abstract:
Disclosed are an acridine-marker conjugate, preparation method thereof, and a chemiluminescence kit. The acridine-marker conjugate comprises an acridine substituent, a polyamino acid, and a protein to be marked, connected in that order. The polyamino acid is a polyamino acid comprising a carboxy group and amine group. The protein to be marked comprises a protein with an amine group, a modified protein, a polypeptide, or a modified polypeptide.
