Provided are an acryl-based graft copolymer, a preparation method therefor, and a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the acryl-based graft copolymer, the acryl-based graft copolymer comprising: a rubber polymer, which comprises a seed comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer and a core comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based polymer; and a shell layer formed by grafting an aromatic vinyl compound-unsaturated nitrile compound copolymer to the rubber polymer.
