Abstract:
An acrylamide nano coating. A substrate is exposed in a monomer steam atmosphere, and a chemical reaction occurs on the surface of the substrate by means of plasma discharge to form a protective coating. Monomer steam is a vaporized monomer 1 or monomer 2, or a mixture thereof. The monomer 1 has the structure as shown in the following formula (I), and the monomer 2 has the structure as shown in the following formula (II): monomer 1: (I), and monomer 2: (II), wherein R 1, R 2, R 3, R 6, R 7, and R 8 are independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, halogen, halogenated alkyl, alkenyl, and halogenated alkenyl; X and Y are hydrogen or halogen; R 4 and R 5 are independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, halogen, and halogenated alkyl, or have the structure as shown in formula (III); R 11 is C1-15 straight chain or branched alkylylidyne; R 12, R 13, R 14, and R 15 are independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, halogen, and halogenated alkyl; R 9 and R 10 are independently selected from a group consisting of C1-15 straight chain, branched alkylylidyne, and arylylidyne; or R 9 and R 10 are connected bonds; m, n, p, and q are integers of 0-20; however, m and n are not 0 at the same time, and p and q are not 0 at the same time. Also disclosed is a preparation method for an acrylamide nano coating.
