Abstract:
Provided is an acrylic rubber bale excellent in terms of roll processability and Banbury processability. This acrylic rubber bale comprises an acrylic rubber having at least one kind of reactive groups or atoms selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, an epoxy group, and a chlorine atom and having a ratio of the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to the number-average molecular weight (Mn), Mw/Mn, of 3.7 or greater. The acrylic rubber bale has an ash content of 0.2 wt% or less and a gel content of 30 wt% or less. When arbitrarily selected portions of the acrylic rubber bale are examined as samples for gel-content unevenness, the determined gel-content values for all the samples are within the range of [average value]±5 wt%.
