Abstract:
Provided are: an acrylic rubber bale and a method for manufacturing the same, the acrylic rubber bale having markedly improved storage stability and water resistance without compromising strength characteristics and other crosslinking physical properties; a rubber mixture and a method for manufacturing the same, the rubber mixture being obtained by mixing the acrylic rubber bale; and a crosslinked rubber obtained by crosslinking the rubber mixture. An acrylic rubber bale pertaining to the present invention comprises an acrylic rubber having a (meth)acrylic acid ester as a main component thereof, a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000-5,000,000, and a ratio (Mz/Mw) of the z-average molecular weight (Mz) and the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 1.3 or greater, the ash content of the acrylic rubber bale being 0.6 wt% or less, phosphorus and a group 2 metal of the periodic table being included in the ash content, the phosphorus content being 10 wt% or greater, and the ratio ([Periodic table group 2 metal]/[P]) of the group 2 metal of the periodic table and phosphorus being in the range of 0.6-2 in terms of mole ratio.
