Abstract:
This invention is relevant to humidity insulation in buildings and is linked to civil engineering, architecture engineering, and construction engineering. For humidity insulation of waterproofing coating used for isolation on the building's roof, tar or mazut is utilized, which is very weak in terms of temperature resistance or surface adhesion. During summer, the tar or mazut loosens and separates from the surface, and in winter, it dries and becomes brittle. Over time and evaporation of existing solvents, the destruction process quickens, and after a while, a product made up of fiber and mesh and fiberglass and carbonate remains on the surface, which is not resistant to water and humidity.

Assertion

The claims are as follows:

Assertion 1) White acrylic cold waterproofing without fire is formed from styrene-acrylic resin, titan, zinc nitrate, silica, calcium carbonate, fiber, calcium bentonite, rubber or rubber powder, and fiberglass mesh, which is installed on the surfaces by liquid consisting of acrylic-styrene and water.

Assertion 2) Based on assertion 1 , acrylic waterproofing is in the rolling form.

Assertion 3) Based on assertion 1 , acrylic waterproofing coating is in white.

Assertion 4) Based on assertion 2, the thickness of roles is between 6 and 8 millimeters.

Assertion 5) Based on assertion 1 , silica, calcium carbonate, bentonite, and titanium have micronized dimensions.

AN ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING COMPOSITION

Technical field related to the invention

This invention is related to humidity insulation (waterproofing) in buildings and is associated with civil engineering, architecture engineering, and construction engineering.

Technical issue and stating the objective of the invention

Point 1 : Waterproofing coating used for insulation in the building’s roof is built based on two formulas, which in both tar and mazut are used. These two materials are very weak in terms of temperature and adhesion resistance to surfaces, and this causes loosening and separation of them in summer and makes them brittle and dry in winter. Over time and evaporation of existing solvents, the destruction process quickens, and after a while, a product consisting of fiber and mesh and fiberglass and carbonate remains on the surface, which cannot resist water and humidity. Point 2: In all White insulating waterproofing , the worker could not spread the product on the surface uniformly during installment, and the error level was high, but in this invention, the insulation rolls are prepared and installed in a certain thickness to reduce the worker error as much as possible.

Description of the prior knowledge and history of the progresses made in the claimed invention.

Using acrylic resin in humidity insulations has become common, which has advantages due to high quality and efficiency. For example, polymer cement waterproofing with a patent number of US6455615B2 in the US which was patented with the name of the Tianjin Building Material, or humidity insulation and a water-based acrylic resin with a patent number of 58753 in the name of Reefiran company in the area of polymer coatings, or the invention by me, Mahdi darzi, which is patented with the patent number of 92313 in 1395/01/12 in the field of polymer and acrylic insulators can be mentioned.

Presenting a solution for the existing technical issue along with accurate and sufficient description of the invention

In order to construct an acrylic waterproofing which has a high quality in terms of adhesion and temperature resistance and durability compared with normal waterproofing, we utilize an acrylic resin and mineral fillers in the following way. 1 . First, we synthesize the acrylic resin, water, antifoam, and dry antibacterial filler in a mixer for 20 minutes with a speed of 40 RPM. 2. Then, we mix the silica, carbonate, and bentonite in the micronized dimensions with fibers with cellulose concentrators and rubber powder in the blender for 30 minutes, and afterward, we synthesize the prepared powder and prepared liquid in the mixer with the speed of 1400 RPM. Then, we spread the prepared product on the mold surface and cover the fiberglass mesh with this product in multiple stages so that mesh is entirely placed in the middle of the product, and a thickness of 4 mm to 6 mm has resulted. In order for surface covering of the product and make it resistant against UV rays of the sun, we use a combination of acrylic resin, titan rutile, antibacterial, water, silica, carbonate, and zinc nitrate so that a pure white UV-resistant product is generated. Refer to table 4. Afterward, during installment, we employ a ready-to-use liquid 2, which is resulted from the synthesis of live acrylic resin, water, antibacterial. Their quantities are stated in table 3. We impregnate the work surface and acrylic waterproofing with liquid 2 step by step and spread the acrylic waterproof on the above surface.

The clear and accurate description of the claimed invention compared to the previous ones

1.The temperature resistance of the white waterproof coating is much higher than other waterproof coatings.

2. They are easy to install, which is because they are in the roll form. 3. White color and zinc nitrate on the work surface, which reflects sunlight and blocks UV rays, and this reduces the heat.

4. In all previous inventions, the worker could not spread the product on the surface uniformly during installment, and the error level was high, but in this invention, the insulation rolls are prepared and installed in a certain thickness to reduce the worker error as much as possible.

5. The previous inventions cannot decrease the temperature and prevent energy loss, but this product is both a thermal and humidity insulator.

6. During the installment of waterproofing coating, tar does not melt properly due to a reduction in the fire heat, and the coating does not adhere to the surface appropriately. When the fire heat increases, the tar burns and does not have enough adhesion. All these issues are resolved in acrylic waterproofing.

Explanation of at least one execution method to apply the invention

1 :First, the work surface must be cleared of dirt, gravels, and oil. Then, we prepare the acrylic waterproofing roll and spread the acrylic surface gently and roll the work surface so that the entire surface of the acrylic waterproofing surface adheres to the roof surface. After 2-3 hours, we roll for the second time and install other rolls by taking into account the overlap.
