Title:
ACRYLONITRILE-CONTAINING FIBER DYEABLE WITH DISPERSE DYES, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND FIBER PRODUCT CONTAINING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/163321
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an acrylonitrile-containing fiber dyeable with disperse dyes, said fiber comprising: 100 parts by mass of a polymer that contains 15 parts by mass or more of acrylonitrile; and 1.0 to 50 parts by mass of a water-absorbable resin that has a pure water absorption ability (g/g) relative to its own weight of 10 or more and less than 100. The acrylonitrile-containing fiber dyeable with disperse dyes according to the present invention can be produced by spinning a spinning raw solution that is prepared by dissolving 100 parts by mass of the polymer and 1.0 to 50 parts by mass of the water-absorbable resin in an organic solvent. The present invention also relates to a fiber product containing the aforementioned acrylonitrile-containing fiber dyeable with disperse dyes. Thus, the present invention can provide: an acrylonitrile-containing fiber dyeable with disperse dyes, which contains a water-absorbable resin and can be dyed with a disperse dye strongly; a method for producing the acrylonitrile-containing fiber dyeable with disperse dyes; and a fiber product containing the acrylonitrile-containing fiber dyeable with disperse dyes.
