Abstract:
An active clamping forward switch power supply. On the basis of an LCL forward converter, the dotted terminal of a first primary winding (N P1) in a transformer (B) is connected to a power supply, and the dotted terminal of a second primary winding (N P2) is grounded; the first and second primary windings are in double-wire parallel winding; one end of a capacitor (C1) is connected to the non-dotted terminal of the first primary winding, while the other end is connected to the non-dotted terminal of the second primary winding; the non-dotted terminal of the first primary winding is connected to the power supply by means of a first field effect transistor (Q1), and the non-dotted terminal of the second primary winding is connected to the power supply by means of a second field effect transistor (Q2) and a clamping network (400) connected in series to a third capacitor (C3). The duty ratio of the switch power supply may be greater than 0.5, and demagnetized energy is recycled to achieve the zero-voltage turning on of a main power switch tube, thereby further reducing loss and especially increasing efficiency in a light load state.
